• The main objective of this project is the creation of a multi-platform chatbot or virtual assistant to automate assistance to Global Exchange customers, allowing an improvement in response times in customer service, accessibility, interactivity and personalization; thus resulting in user satisfaction. Additionally, the use of a virtual assistant will allow continuous analysis of the most frequent customer queries, enabling early detection of problems, shared customer concerns and possible promotional actions.
