Ethics channel

Corporate principles are the solid foundation on which the growth of Global Exchange Group has been based all these years, and in particular, our first corporate principle of ethics, legality and transparency.

In order to guarantee and improve the development and application of these principles, we make available to our administrators, directors, employees, collaborators, suppliers and people who work for or under their supervision, shareholders, former employees, customers, and any interested party (hereinafter, collectively referred to as "Subject Persons") the Ethical Channel of the Global Exchange Group, through which any behavior, act or fact that contravenes the principles and values of the Group's Code of Ethics, and the rest of the Policies and Procedures that develop it, can be communicated.

All communications received through the Ethical Channel will be treated with transparency and the utmost confidentiality, guaranteeing the necessary protection against retaliation, discrimination or unfair treatment.

The Ethical Channel is located on the servers of Global Suite Solutions, a provider of the Global Exchange Group that has adopted the necessary levels and security measures to guarantee the protection of personal data and prevent its loss, alteration and/or access, ensuring that throughout the entire life process of the complaint, the privacy protection of the individuals involved and the confidentiality of the data contained therein is effectively guaranteed.

The Ethical Channel of the Global Exchange Group allows communications or complaints to be made anonymously, without the need to provide any identifying data or data that allows the informant or the person making the communication to be identified, if deemed necessary.

It is important to make good use of the tool. The communication of facts in bad faith with the sole purpose of causing damage or harm will lead to appropriate disciplinary and legal actions.
